Scope & Application

jl411 will respond to data subject requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. Where a request is complex or voluminous, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with prior written notification to the requesting party. jl411 does not charge a fee for the exercise of data subject rights except where requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case a reasonable administrative fee may apply.
Children's Privacy
The jl411 platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21. jl411 does not knowingly collect or process personal data belonging to individuals below the age of 21. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process to enforce this restriction.

Personal Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to pose a real risk of serious harm to affected data subjects, jl411 will:
- Notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, to the extent required by RA 10173 and NPC Circular 16-03 on Personal Data Breach Management.
- Notify affected data subjects in a timely manner where the breach is likely to adversely affect their rights and freedoms, including through their registered email address and a prominent notice on the jl411 platform.
- Conduct a thorough internal investigation to identify the cause of the breach and implement remediation measures to prevent recurrence.
- Document the breach, its effects, and the remediation measures taken, in accordance with NPC accountability requirements.

Amendments to This Policy
