In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jl411" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to jl411 Casino and its operating entity, the owner and operator of the jl411 website accessible at jl411.co and all associated sub-domains and mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jl411 platform in any capacity.

3.1 Age Requirement

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and operate only one Account on the jl411 platform. The operation of more than one Account by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jl411 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jl411 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

4.2 Accurate Information

All information provided to jl411 during registration or subsequently must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false or misleading information — including in connection with KYC verification — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances.

4.3 KYC Verification

jl411 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests, and may request verification at any other time in accordance with its anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. Acceptable identification documents include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Philippine Passport
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)

Document review is completed within 24–48 hours under normal processing conditions. jl411 reserves the right to request additional documents where the primary submission is insufficient.

4.4 Account Activity

An Account that shows no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. jl411 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, subject to prior written notice to the Player's registered email address.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl411 accepts deposits through the following payment channels, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP):

• GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya (Maya) e-wallet
• BPI via InstaPay
• BDO via InstaPay
• Metrobank via InstaPay
• PESONet bank transfer
• Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya, and ₱200 via bank transfer. Maximum deposit limits are subject to the applicable limits of each payment provider and the Player's Account tier.

5.3 No Third-Party Funding

You may only deposit funds from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. Any breach of this rule may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds pending investigation.

5.4 Currency

The jl411 platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. No currency conversion fees are applied by jl411; however, your payment provider may impose charges for cross-border transactions where applicable.

6.1 Verification Requirement

6.2 Processing Times

6.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus credits are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by jl411 are subject to specific terms and conditions set out in the relevant offer description, in addition to the general provisions in this Section 7. In the event of any conflict between Section 7 and the terms of a specific promotion, the terms of the specific promotion shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer, all bonuses at jl411 carry a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount received. For example, a bonus of ₱1,000 with a 30× wagering requirement must generate ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before the resulting balance is released for withdrawal.

7.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are set out in the terms of each individual bonus offer. Wagering on excluded games while a bonus is active does not count toward the wagering requirement.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses have an expiry period from the time of crediting, within which the wagering requirements must be satisfied. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings are automatically forfeited without compensation. Expiry periods are stated in each bonus offer.

7.5 Abuse & Exploitation

jl411 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines — at its reasonable discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; collusion with other players; use of automated tools or scripts; or any other conduct that jl411 reasonably considers to be inconsistent with fair participation in a bonus offer.

8.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on the jl411 platform — including slot games, virtual table games, keno, and scratch cards — operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited by an accredited third-party testing laboratory. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are entirely random and statistically independent of prior results.

8.2 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical Return to Player percentages for all slot and RNG table games are published within the individual game information panels. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any particular outcome in any individual session or wager.

8.3 Live Casino

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Attempting to exploit software errors, vulnerabilities, or game malfunctions for financial gain
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated strategy to manipulate game outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software or infrastructure

All content on the jl411 platform — including but not limited to the jl411 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of jl411 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jl411 intellectual property without prior written authorisation from jl411.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl411 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jl411 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial losses.

jl411 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from: (a) server downtime, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned technical disruptions; (b) inaccuracies in game information due to third-party content provider errors; (c) delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers; or (d) acts of God, cyberattacks, or other circumstances beyond jl411's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit jl411's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

jl411 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players and are accessible directly from the Account Settings section of your jl411 account:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly caps on incoming funds)
• Loss limits (caps on net losses over a defined period)
• Session time limits with on-screen reminder notifications
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 30 days)
• Self-exclusion (voluntary permanent Account closure for a defined period of not less than three months, or indefinitely)

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission. jl411 will take reasonable steps to prevent a self-excluded player from accessing the platform, including blocking the registered email and contact details from marketing communications, for the duration of the exclusion period.

jl411 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account, and to withhold or confiscate all or part of your Account balance, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9

Where jl411 suspends or terminates an Account due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining Real Money Balance — after deducting the value of any bonuses or winnings derived from prohibited conduct — may be returned to the Player's original deposit method following the conclusion of any applicable investigation, at jl411's sole discretion.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jl411 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure, after satisfaction of all outstanding wagering requirements, will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

jl411 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the jl411 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and is available at jl411.co/privacy-policy. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred first to jl411's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being raised, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jl411 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, jl411 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address on record or by means of a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jl411 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
